1. Purpose of Collection:To complete the donation and promote the various ideals of Sky Religion.

2. Content Collected:Name, email address, mobile phone number, etc., as detailed on the donation form page.

3. Period, Region, Target, and Method of Using Personal Data:

  • (1) Period: Your donation-related records will be kept continuously.
  • (2) Region: All domestic regions where Sky Religion operates.
  • (3) Target: Sky Religion temple and related service units.
  • (4) Method: By computer or non-computer means.

4. Regarding the personal data you provide, you should submit identification documents and a written application to exercise the following rights:

  • (1) Query, request to review, or request a copy.
  • (2) Request supplementation or correction.
  • (3) Request to stop collection, processing, or use, and may request deletion. However, if there are other legal provisions, we may not comply with your request.

5. If you fill in other people's personal data in this donation, you have informed them of the relevant provisions on personal data rights protection.

6. You are free to choose whether to provide personal data. If you are unwilling to provide the required personal data or provide incomplete information, Sky Religion will not be able to provide you with complete care and services. We apologize for any inconvenience.

7. If you agree to Sky Religion providing donation data to the National Tax Administration for online inquiry of comprehensive income tax deductions, and you do not need to attach written documents such as donations when filing taxes, please fill in your ID number on the donation data page.

8. To comply with the implementation of Article 25 of the 'Foundation Act' by the government, the names and donation amounts of donors must be made public. If you do not agree to make donation data public, please check the anonymous donation option on the donation data page.

9. If this notice is revised, please check the Sky Religion official website. We will not notify you separately.
